| Extol's Forensics and Incidence Response offers 24-hour onsite services within Klang Valley. This service can be used for general troubleshooting, security related discussion, patch management (fixing software bugs) or incident handling and escalation. The Forensic Incident Response Security Team ("FIRST") goes onsite to provide emergency response to virus outbreaks or major incidents. Extol's FIRST is an "expert-for-hire" model, where Extol's engineers are called onsite to assist with implementation, system integration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
